Nice day for a bike ride, mostly bright and sunny with a fresh south
easterly to keep us cool.
Eight of us left North Cheam via Walton, Betchworth & Newdigate to Rusper
golf Club where several others joined us for elevenses.
The original lunch stop at Chiddingfold was considered a bit too far, so
alternative of Little Park Hatch at Cranleigh was the target. Lunch stop
was extended due to an unexpectedly long wait for food. However we still
reached Capel in good time for their usual excellent tea and cakes.
Total about 70 miles.
